Vegetable Beef Soup


Ingredients:
2 pounds beef stew meat
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 cup onion chopped
3 carrots peeled, halved and sliced
2 stalks celery sliced

Instructions:
  • First of all. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  • Step two, Season beef with salt and pepper, to taste. Add beef to the skillet and cook until evenly browned, about 2-3 minutes.
