Ingredients:

2 teaspoons dried oregano
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
2 bay leaves
3/4 tablespoon Kosher salt
And so on.

Instructions:
  • First of all. Poke the pork shoulder all over with a knife. Cut the pork shoulder into large chunks and place in a large slow cooker.
  • And then, Add all the Mojo marinade ingredients to the slow cooker and mix well to combine. Cook on LOW for about 6-7 hours until tender.
  • After it, When ready, shred the meat using a fork.
