Instructions:
First. Place the thawed scallops and shrimp in a large bowl and season with paprika and Old Bay seasoning, tossing to coat evenly. Set aside.
Step 02, In a large stock pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the potatoes, onions, and garlic. Saute for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking. Add the bell pepper, vegetable broth, clam juice and black pepper. Cook for 10 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
And then, Reduce the heat to low and add the seasoned scallops and shrimp, milk, Greek yogurt, dill and salt. Cook for 5 minutes or until seafood is cooked through.
