Chicken Tortilla Soup


Ingredients:
1 1/2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breast, pounded to 3/4 inch thick
1 teaspoon kosher salt, (6g) plus more as needed for seasoning
1 teaspoon paprika, (2g) sweet or smoked, plus more as needed for seasoning
5 cups water
1 28oz can diced tomatoes

Instructions:
  • Step number 1. In a large soup pot, brown ground beef. Drain fat.
  • After it, Pour in water, onion soup mix and tomatoes with juice. Simmer for 1 hour on medium low.
  • Next step is, Add macaroni and frozen vegetables. Cook 15 minutes longer on medium heat. Serve hot.
