Maple Bacon Breakfast Pie


Ingredients:
1Pillsbury™ Refrigerated Pie Crust
2cups whole milk
4large eggs
3green onions, sliced
1cup shredded savory cheese (like Gouda or cheddar)

Instructions:
  • Step 1. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Whisk the eggs, milk, salt and pepper together in a large mixing bowl. Add the cheese, hash browns, green onions, and crumbled bacon and stir to combine.
  • Step 02, Lay the pie crust in the bottom of a 9-inch pie dish.
  • Next step is, Pour the egg mixture into the pie pan. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until the quiche is firm enough to lay the bacon on. Remove the pie and increase the temperature to 450°F.
