Gluten & Dairy Free Breakfast Muffins With Crunchy Almond Crumble


Ingredients:
85 g (1 cup) oats
50 g (1/4 cup) caster sugar
15 g (1/8 cup) gluten free flour
1/4 cup vegetable oil
225 g (1 3/4 cups) plain gluten free flour blend (I've used a simple store-bought blend of rice, potato and maize flour with no added xanthan gum)
etc.

Instructions:
  • First step, In a bowl, combine all almond crumble ingredients.
  • Step 2, Mix until everything is evenly distributed.
