1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts or tenders
1/2 cup Frank’s Hot buffalo sauce
1/2 white onion, diced
2 tablespoons ghee
1/2 tablespoon minced garlic

Instructions:
  • Step number one. Add all of the ingredients to the slow cooker
  • After that, Cook on high for 3 hours or cook on low for 5-6 hours, or until chicken shreds easily with a fork
