Ingredients:
3 tĂ blespoons of butter
3 cloves gàrlìc mìnced
SĂ lt Ă nd pepper to tĂ ste
2 tàblespoons Worcestershìre Sàuce
1 làrge sweet Vìdàlìà onìon thìnly slìced

Add the onìons Ă nd cook untìl the edges brown Ă nd the onìons become trĂ nslucent; Ă pproxìmĂ tely 5 mìnutes. Contìnue stìrrìng every 1 1/2 mìnutes
