Ingredients: 3 1/2 pounds peaches, peeled and pitted (about 5 cups pureed) 2-4 jalapenos, do not remove seeds 1/4 cup lemon juice 1 (2 ounce) package powdered pectin 6 cups sugar And many more.
Instructions:
Step 1. Sterilize pint jars and lids in boiling water for 10 minutes.
Step 02, Peel and pit peaches. Remove stems from jalapenos and roughly chop. Add peaches and jalapenos to a blender and blend until smooth. (If you like chunkier jam, don't blend it as long.) You may have to do this in a couple of batches if your blender isn't large enough for all the fruit.
Step three, Pour peach and jalapeno puree into a large thick bottomed pot. Add lemon juice and pectin. Stir until combined.
