Thai Peanut Quinoa Bowl


Ingredients:
3 tbsp unsalted butter
6 cloves garlic minced
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp onion powder
1 tbsp low sodium soy sauce

Instructions:
  • First of all. In a small saucepan, and butter and garlic. Cook over low medium heat until butter is melted and garlic starts to brown and the flavor of the garlic is infused with the butter. Stir in the garlic powder, onion powder, soy sauce and lemon juice. Taste and adjust as needed. Set aside.
  • Step 2, In a large nonstick skillet, add oil and bring the skillet to medium-high heat. Add in chicken pieces. Sear chicken on both sides until they are golden brown.
  • Next step is, Add 2 1/2 tbsp lemon garlic butter sauce over chicken. Cook a few minutes until chicken is completely cooked, the sauce has thickened and is evenly coated over chicken. Season with salt if needed. Sprinkle half of the parsley over chicken.
