Ingredients:
6 pork chops
8 medium potatoes
1 large onion
1 1/2 cups flour divided
1 stick butter
etc.

Instructions:
  • First. Slice potatoes into 1/4" slices. Cut onion into slices.
  • And then, In a greased 9 x 13 baking dish, layer potatoes and onions alternately and set aside.
  • Step 3, In a large saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Once melted, add 1/2 cup flour to the saucepan and stir to create a roux.
