2 plum tomatoes, diced
1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup romaine lettuce, chopped

Instructions:
  • First step, Cook ground beef in a medium-sized skillet over med-high heat until fat has absorbed and beef is fully cooked, about 10 minutes.
